I'm thinking of getting a job in Abu Dabi.

But have no idea of what to expect.

I have a degree/ full chatership of the CIOB and 5 years experience on large PFI projects.

My query is whats it like working out there???

What type of packe should I ask for???

I was recently offereda job in Dubai with the details of the offer below.

The package that they have offered is:

£30k/ per annum
Fully furnished one bed apartment (all utilities paid)
Car + all fuel
One flight back every 6 months
30 days holiday every 6 months
Mobilisation flight
£500 moving costs
Medical + life insurance

Will this be enough for me and my partner to live on and save?? If not, how much is??? –

I would have thought you could have got more than that, especially as you have chartership, although it is CIOB, still recognised as the professional qualification.
