Thanks- if you come across the provision I'd be really interested to see it (not a sarcastic remark). Article 18 relates to provisions governing employment agencies. I was under the impression that an employer could deduct any amounts owed by an employee at the time of termination (Article 135), which would include any rights to deduct which have been contractually agreed upon.
