Tenancy contract renewal issues

Hello folks, my tenancy contract will expire after 3 days, we didn’t find an agreement with the landlord for a new contract and I opened an offer a deposit case in rera but of course it will be rejected by the landlord and if my understanding is correct the next stage is to open ‘Writ or Certiorari Lawsuit’. Can I stay in the apartment while the cases are pending in rera dispute center? Do you know if my landlord can evict me or call the police? Thank you so much

The reason for non agreement was that the landlord wanted to increase the rent and the amount was not based on rera index calculator. According to calculator it should not be any increase
