Temporary Accoms in Dubai?

I'm looking for a low cost accommodation while I wait to move, ideally:
  • 30 July - 30 August
  • Close to Metro station, or close to DIFC
  • Laundry
  • WiFi
  • Parking not needed
  • Nearby groceries a bonus
  • Shared accommodation not ideal, but considered

I'll be staying alone, and I'm not looking for luxury, just somewhere simple to stay.

Good idea.

You can get hotels in Barsha for sub 200 night for a studio. I've seen them for 140 a night.

I'm tempted to lock the villa up and go there while the family are away. It'll be cheaper than my AC bill living here and I won't have to worry about cleaning up the black hairs.

But you'll end up spending a grand a night of, er, extras...

Only just seen this so you may have already found somewhere, but Dubai World Trade Centre Apartments tick all your boxes, and a 1 bedrooms is within your budget. Plus it has a large pool and pool bar (that stills serves during Ramadan). You also get housekeeping twice a week........

Those options sound good. Thanks for sharing!
I would have jumped on the DWTCC unit, if only.

In the end I found a shared accoms on AirBnb for AED 5000.
Master suite in a convenient, but basic building on SZR.
It'll do.

Thanks again for your support and suggestions!!
