They are currently building a new upper level at the existing arrivals terminal parking. You would think they would not be doing that if the NDIA was going to open anytime soon

The client on that contract doesn't know sh*t from custard . Too much money and bags of arrogance and ignorance .

After the no fire certificate issue in April they said it would take at least 12mths for the 'inspections' etc to be completed - so I wouldn't count on it being before then!

Cargo won't start operations out of the terminal until they get all certificates either - so who knows!

Yeah - Ted with the lamp on his head must mean something to the artisan/s that created and choose it as decor - I don't get most modern art pieces - this one included!

It'll take 12 months for them to negotiate the bribe, rather than making sure it's actually safe, I expect.
