tax & living standard ??

hello forum,

i am hoping to migrate to Dubai for my company and was wondering if any one can answer teh following ??
This is where i will be working :

Juma Al Majed Building
Khalid Bin Al Waleed Street
Bur Dubai
?_
P O Box 62615
Dubai, United Arab Emirates

What is the average rent for a 2-3 bed flat in that area in ££ and dirhams Please ?
is there is any council tax equivalent or any service charge ?

Do you have to pay TV license ?

gas & electric bills is monthly or qtrly ?

How expensive is school fees ?

Do you have to pay water bill ?

Is is really 100 % tax free earnings or should i be reading the small black prints ??

if it's really tax free then i should be earning 25 % or a rise as this is what we pay here in uk as income tax ? is taht correct

That's enough for now !

Thank you all.

You will likely pay 50k-100k dirhams for a 2-3 bedroom flat in Bur Dubai which comes to 7.5k-15k pounds per year. Real estate agents may take some service charge.

The flat may have a central dish which will get you a number of channels, but if you really want tv entertainment, you will need to signup for showtime.

Gas & Electricity payable monthly. Water bill comes with electricity bill. School fees are expensive, starts from around 10k dirhams per year for KG and can go way up there for highschool (25k dirhams per year).

Well it is 100% tax free. Not sure about the UK income tax. :D

Note: The letter 'k' used above is an abbreviation for thousands. :)
