Default taking a car out of Saudi

We are about to buy a car on finance - and have no thought of the idea of driving back to the UK for our summer holidays. You may think we are crazy, but part of us moving overseas was to start travelling and the cost works out similar to that of the flights and car hire in the UK.

So anyway as our car is on car lease - we pay monthly and then a lump sum at the end etc - we wanted to know if anyone else had done this and then took the car out of the country for a trip?

We have spoken to the bank and they said yes it would be fine we just need to get the finance department at the dealership to validate some forms etc - this sounds fine - but knowing Saudi we also realise that what one person says is not always the case!

So basically has anyone else taken their car out of the country that they are paying for monthly?

Thanks in advance
