Default Is it still worthwhile investing in Dubai and in what???

Hi

Just wonderring if people still think if it is still worthwhile in investing in Dubai, wether it be properties, setting up businesses or just providing serivices and what is worthwhile investing in?

What are your opinions?

Off-plan villas are still considered a worthwhile buy, because there will always be fewer of them than apartments, which are shortly to become ten a penny here (relatively speaking).

You'd be surprised how many new developments are going to announced, so I'm not even sure of villas anymore.

I know of at least one very big development going to announced in the near future (so many more townhouses, villas and yes, more apartments).

You forgot to mention - absolutely guaranteed, since your late father, the king of Borneo, left you $100 million, and you need a bit of help (1 million would do nicely thank you) to help get the money out.........

Depends on how much money you have and how much you would miss it if you lost it.
