Starting my own clique

Starting my own clique
Now it occurs to me that I appear to be able to straddle different camps.
Now my uncontrollable ego feels the need to start my own clique. There is definitely room in the market for a new kid on the block.
How does one go about it? Do I need to canvass for members? vet applications? What should the constitution say? Is it permissable for people to be in two cliques at the same time?
I'll also need another clique to act as my nemesis.
I'm also struggling for a USP for the clique. I'm not a bored housewife, and I'm not a "boy", more kind of androgenous in a spectacularly handsome kind of way, professional(-ish) person.
I'm edging towards straw cowboy hats to be honest.
Ideas on a postcard please.
