It was something about a ghost story and that someone thought their flat/villa was haunted by a ghost, but it turned out to the be the landlord so that he could get them out and up the rent on the place.
Sounds like this poster was an unwanted ghost from the past!

I'd have the guy back tomorrow, i found him well funny, and quite a few on here (I can think of 5 or 6 CURRENT posters have met him on a few occasions.)
Problem was, 1 or 2 individuals complained about him on a few occasions (they've since been banned but come back every so often), so a decision was made - under rule 12 I aint gonna go into the why's and wherefores, but I reckon we should welcome him back with open arms - what about it Sue?
