Sponsoring Parents in Dubai UAE
Hello,
Has anyone sponsored or knows someone who has sponsored their parents in the UAE?
I've looked at the requirements and I meet them all, but they seem to require a letter from your consulate stating your parents are solely dependent on you.
The British embassy in Dubai say they do not write these personal letters but have a generic letter which says they have no objection for a british person to sponsor their british or non british relatives.
My main issue is that the person I want to sponsor (mother in law) is not British so I'm not sure if they will require further documents.
If anyone has any experience or knowledge on this, it would be appreciated.
