Speech Therapist Wanted
 

I am looking for a Speech Therapist for my 13 year old daughter. She has been suffering form laryngitis and has lost her voice now for 3 weeks. The ENT consultant has now advised us to find her a Speech Therapist to train her voice and help it to return as he can no longer help !!!!!! Apparently her voice is strained.
Obviously, I am no expert in this field and do not know if I am being told the correct thing or if I am being fobbed off because he doesn't know what to do.

Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.

he is right, I worked for a ENT Surgeon for ten years in the UK. I am not sure where you would find a speech therapist here, best ask on EW :thumbup:

I remembered! there is a paediatric speech therapist at the Sheik Rashid Paed place :thumbsup:

Tried to find a number for the Sheik Rashid Paed and didn't have any luck.
You wouldn't happen to have a number or could tell me where it is situated.

Managed to find Speech Therapist at Al Saad hospital and we are going tomorrow for a consultation.
