Something Nice In Dubai

Just thought I would be positive about Dubai for a change and tell you guys how much the girls and I enjoyed Saturday lunch at the Blues Seafood Restaurant in Marina Walk. Free basement parking, nice ambience, friendly service and an excellent seafood buffet at AED85 per head (kids under six free). No alcohol but we generally drink at home daytimes. The sweet and sour hamour and kung pao prawns were delicious. Wonderful cheesecake too.

I eat there a lot... just overlooks my boat in the marina. Though it's only 85 dirhams a head, the fruit juices, water, soft drinks etc soon add up and your hit for an unexpected larger bill !! :frown:

Our large bottle of water cost Dhs10...only ten times what we pay at Hyper Panda.

I had a lovely experience too...a corolla in front of me indicated to the left and I could see the driver looking as he eased into the left land once it was free of traffic....it was simply amazing! :)
