Small Private Compounds in Riyadh?
 

I am told there are smaller privately owned compounds in Riyadh. A few villas around a pool with gardens etc. Can someone give me some information?

I don't need all the facilities that the big compounds offer so don't want to pay for what I won't use.

2-3 Bedroom villa with a pool and garden and I am all set. Even formal security is optional in my mind.

Appreciate any guidance.

I wondered whether one can sublet/share a room with a compound resident...I am teaching in Riyadh and cannot afford the rental on my own.
