Spinneys. Most pubs/bars don't even sell crisps, although you will generally get complimentary peanuts as well as complementary hookers. I always avoid the complimentary peanuts, apparently they're the most germ-infested thing going--often recycled, with other customers having had their dirty fingers in them.
