Short term lets on Khobar compound?

I am looking for a short term let in Al khobar, ideally on a compound, for my family in August. Ideally 2 bed.

I know there are loads of furnished apartments around khobar but i ideally want somewhere where they ahve a bit of freedom i.e pool etc.

Plan is to live in Bahrain but i want them to get Saudi iqama and multi entry first.

very difficult not only to find compound accommodation for a family but also to get it for less than 6 months. Euro Village, for example, does 1 bed villas for 110,000 a year with minimum 6 months up front. They are definitely not designed for a couple with children... and they didn't have any available a month ago.
