Short Term Furnished Rental

Ladies and Gents,
I have 2 friends who are coming out for a speculatave visit prior to deciding whether to take positions here. They plan to come out end Feb and want to rent a furnished apartment (no location preference). I have looked on Dubizzle and spoken to friends in Hamptons etc... But the best I can find is 10-12k+ a month for a 1 bedroom apt!!!!

furnished prices are mental! try Number 7 Tower Suites on the Sheik Zayed Road.

Thanks BC! Googled it, but only Number 1 tower is coming up....Do you have a number, if not where is it?

that's it! thought it was a number 7. Also there are loads of places up near the TECOM land opposite the greens.

The last I heard, No 1 Tower Suites were charging 500 AED per night for a room - and that is through a discounted corporate deal. So thats 15K a month.

Still a deal compared with AD has to be said. 750 is baseline
