Orchid Tailors off Khalifa & 4th Street gets consistently rated quite well but you have to go to Santa, apparently the other guys aren't as good. It's the pink building behind the Islamic Bank (El Nilein Bank, I think it's called). He is located on floor M.

Select tailors are good..If you have a shirt you like just take it with you and ask him to copy it. They are behind crown plaza/ NBAD on Hamdan street. its the second shop from the end and has a black and white front sign. also has a good selection of fabrics too.
