Serviced Apartments

Afternoon all,

Does anyone know of any good deals on monthly rates in serviced apartments?

Ideally i'd be looking at spending only Dhs 5,500 to 6,000 a month. Maybe a touch more if it was worth it.

Location wise i'm fairly flexible as long as it's Marina / Jumeirah / Downtown Burj Dubai etc.

Obviously the idea is to get something that doesn't tie me down into a 12 month lease.

Cheers

Re: Serviced Apartments

Hi,

I just moved here two weeks ago and since then, I found a few good one with discounted price on a monthly basis. Check out the following:

www.layia.net
www.grandmidwest.com

For Layia hotel apt, there are 3 locations closed by Mall of Emirates. Price for 1 bedroom/month is 7,000 (try to negotiate Internet inclusion. They always try to charge extra which I am paying 500/month). I spoke to the manager and he is willing to include the internet if I stay longer than a month. This is their advertise rate on Gulf News in case they give you a different rate.

For Grand Midwest, there are 3 locations as well. I'm currently staying at the Express in Discovery Garden. My opinion is not that good but since I'm already paid for a month (no choice, do I?). Just saw their ad on Gulf News as well, a 1 bedroom is 7,000/month without internet.

I hope this helps. I just paid them 2 weeks ago for 8,500 and 500 for unlimited internet.

Check out Grand Midwest or Layia Living Courts. If you are in the area, check out the Gulf News, they just advertise their new discounted rates. I wish I've could seen it before committing 1 month stay at Grand Midwest Express.

For your info, GME (located in Discovery Gardens) is 7K/month. Internet extra. However, try to negotiate. There is room for Internet inclusion. Opal Living Court (across of Mall of Emirates) is also 7K/month. By the way, it's for a 1 bedroom.

I haven't found anything less than this. If you do, please let me know as I'm also looking for a no commitment apartment in Dubai.

Cheer
