Serviced apartment - Doha
 

Does anyone have experience of living in a serviced apartment in Doha. Someone has recommended the Marriott ones but any other information would be appreciated including costs if possible. Are any available that have access to beach clubs etc. Last time I was in Doha (early 90's) we used to go to the Doha Club but I understand that it no longer around! Thanks

Doha club has gone, you probably used to go there with my boss......There is the Dip club though. There are literally tens of serviced apartments in West bay area to St Regis depending on what you want to pay. Average of 14/17k for a 2 bed after a bit of haggling.

The Intercontinental Hotel has a block of serviced apartments next to the hotel, plus you get the use of the hotel leisure facilities which include a nice gym, pool and the beach. A lot of construction work going on there just now, but it's the same anywhere in Doha. About QR17k a month for a 2-bed, from memory.

There's also the Fraser suites at the bottom of the Corniche, QR18k/m for a one bed, but it's dry.
