Default Service Apartments in Abu Dhabi

I am sure this is already covered in other threads but does anyone know of reasonable service apartments in Abu Dhabi for short term rentals - say one month or so.

I have a friend of a friend moving to AD soon and he needs somewhere to stay until he finalises his work then he'll look for something close to wherever he is working.

Thanks.

Norm

Eclipse on Liwa street is brand new - around 25,000 per month for one bedroom flat. That price was from last week.
