School hours?
Hi,
We're thinking of moving out to Dubai in the future. I work as a teacher and just wondered what the working hours and holidays are like in Dubai schools.

That sounds good to me. Thanks for the quick reply. Do you know if it's fairly easy to get a teaching job in Dubai. My husband and I are planning on going there for a fact-finding visit in August and wondered if it would be worth trying to get in touch with some schools. But will they all be on holiday?

yes...schools reopen around the second week in September...
I would imagine there is always a demand, teachers come and go all the time, and new schools are opening up...
Just go on a google spree and contact them...
oh...it'll be nice and hot in August...not the best time to visit if you have a choice...

GEMS education are always recruiting, get your CV into them now - chances are you could be out here permanently by September
