How specific a question is this...
I've always wanted to learn and being over here bored out of my skull presentents the perfect opportunity...
I've tried Google and it hasn't really turned up any current contacts.
I've also emailed Qatar Foundation and the Qatar Music Accademy without any response (typical!)..
I thought i'd ask on here on the off chance!
