Thanks, All - I've also now heard back from the Attache team and, using Leolibra's template, responded back with all the documents. My documents were all ready, as the agent had asked me to provide these, weeks ago, so I was simply attaching them. I provided my university degree scan, passport, consent letters, my employment letter.

They responded to the first email I sent a few days ago, written in English. I subsequently sent an email in Arabic (thanks to ChatGPT), but I haven't received a response to that; I guess it doesn't matter.

leolibra, did you include your University's email address in your email? I was conscious of sharing all the above data with them, but I have included them anyway to avoid any more delays.

Will provide updates as I hear more.

Great news! I hope it works out for you. Yes I copied in my university. The SACB team responded to say they have also sent my university a separate email and will keep me updated.

Hi all, i am stuck in the same situation. Submitted my degree and paid the agent 7 weeks ago. No updates at all yet despite multiple follow ups. It systems down is all I get.
Anyone else has any updates? Especially those of you who reached out to scab directly?

Hi, after direct email communication with the SACB team, I sent them all of my documents via email. They have notified me that they have contacted my university to verify my degree. My university takes 15 working days to respond to requests so I am awaiting an update.

I think you should email the SACB team directly with all of your documents as the attestation website is still down.

So - it’s been over a week since the response I received from SACB. It’s gone quiet again, no confirmation on whether they’ve contacted the University etc.

I may be overthinking but my passport has my full name and degree certificate doesn’t have my middle name. I’m not sure if that would cause a problem. Any of you have the same issue?

In my consent forms, I avoided adding my middle name to try and match my degree (as consent was for the University). Not sure if that was a stupid idea.

I spoke to the agent yesterday and mentioned that I had initially received a response from the SACB but that it had all gone quiet. He confirmed that they had also submitted the documents to the SACB last week (but conveniently forgot to tell me). He also mentioned that the middle name is not a major issue, and if so, a simple document confirming that both people are the same can be created.

I spoke with a couple of other agents in London who confirmed to sit tight and expect a response as they work through the backlog of the past few months.

Any updates for you folks?

I think we have the same agent as my agent also told me that they also re-submitted the documents manually for processing. And they did not let me know until I reached out to them. My only worry is that I am not hearing anyone having any updates/approvals so not sure if things are in motion.

Hello everyone! Great news. I received the following message today from SACB with an attachment of my attested degree via my email request.

ps. I had to phone my university registry department to give them a nudge them to respond to SACB last week.
