Default Saudi visa resident visa for my niece

Hi
My husband working in riyadh and has been there for a year. We are now ready to relocate as a family.
I have full custody of my niece (9yrs). As well as two boys to my husband.
We have a court order of guardianship custody from UK. And a higher court order of approval to take her to live in Saudi Arabia. Both her parents are in agreement and we have also a Islamic kafala agreement by UK shariah council that I have custody Islamically as aunty and both parents have signed it. All attested. Is this enough?
Anyone have postive experience getting residents visa for non birth children.
Thank you

It will probably be refused. Try for it but be prepared for the worst.

Thank you for your response.
We also have a Saudi national business man who owns a school in riyadh going with my husband to appointment was hoping that could make a difference. Maybe not but worth a try.
Islamic law permits guardianship kafala to aunties. If parents are Un fit to look after the child. This is there law so am hoping this will make a difference too.
Appointment Wednesday so we will surely find out

Am afraid it was declined. They never even looked at the court documents or kafala. However we are taking the matter further and higher. Will let you every one know the out come.

Actually full adoption UK can't work .. shariah law does not permit full adoption in Saudi Arabia . I've heard it works in dubai etc but not in Saudi.
However I haven't got full adoption . Kafala (guardianship) I have got. Which is permitted in Islamic law.
Just need the right people to look at my case think my hubby is hiring a solicitor.

I knew people working with me in Saudi who had GREAT difficulties in getting visas for adopted children. You need Wasta and lots of it.

She is not adopted.. I have guardianship kafala . Full Adoption is haraam in Islam .that's why it's very hard to get visas for adopted children. I have a kafala guardianship as her aunt . Islamically . We just need to take it higher for some one to individually look at our case. My husband working on it as we speak.

Am sure you are very knowledgeable sir, I was just stating that full adoption is considered haraam that's why it's difficult. Insh Allah we will get the visa.

Full UK adoption may be considered haraam, but the occasional case is allowed.

glad you clarified for everyone here that your experience is in working in KSA, not getting visas for children with kalafa guardians.
