Hi All,

I got a contract offer from a Saudi University, I accepted the offer and they are now in the process of issuing me the work visa.
Now the question is whether to issue the visa in my name or in the name of the agent company that will handle the visa issuing process for me from the Saudi consulate in London. Which is better and why?

Anybody have any idea?

It will be issued in your name.....the agent is just....an agent

The visa for SA contains all your personal details, I am going through a visa process for some work in the next few weeks.

So you are agreeing with DubInRiyadh, that the Visa should be issued under my name only not under any agent or company names, right?

Yes, I am new to all this but below is all the info required for me to do any work in SA. The visa application is in your name and it's you they care about your the one wanting to cross the border, i.e. if you have an Israeli stamp you cannot get in. My letter from the embassy does not mention the company i work for.

· Passport

· Letter from customer

· KSA Invitation Letter

· Business Visa Application form (you must complete and enclose in your pack – please find one with example text attached for the non personal info)

· 2 x passport photos for each person

Can you please elaborate more (issued from whom and directed to whom) regarding the 1-Letter from customer and 2- KSA Invitation Letter, you mentioned in your last reply.
