Saudi international car driving licence
Just wondering how easy it is to get one. (Got normal one already).
From a govt office in Dammam?
Can it be used in most countries?

There should be some some sort of authority that can issue an international licence ( not usable locally ) and, as long as you have a resident's permit, most countries will accept it.

You can use your Saudi license in all GCC countries no problem.

I got mine through Al FIFA for SAR 100. Worked fine in Europe.

I think the new Saudi Driving Licence is accepted as it's written in Arabic and English,

I have used both Saudi and Libyan standard driving licences to rent cars in the UK - major rental concerns such as Hertz and Avis. Never a problem from the 1980s onwards.
