Saudi Arabia - Al Hofuf - Martial arts school or Gymnasium

I would like to ask, if anyone working or living in Al Hofuf, if it's possible to practice any martial arts in that city. Or if there is any gymnasium available to practice any Sport (collective or individual sport: ex: Soccer, Basket, Ai Ki Do...).
