a safe compound in Riyadh KSA?

Hello all,

It has been a year and a half since coming to KSA.
I've been appreciated with all the flowing information about KSA, good or bad?? lol...

BTW, I am moving to Riyadh and am looking for a safe and sound compound.
Some of the ones include Al-hamra, Al-bustan, and Arizona Golf resort.

My only concern is the recent shut-down of US embassy in Riyadh.

As most of you know, Al-hamra was one of the attacked compounds in 2003.
I do not know the current security status, but I have always been feeling insecure about the National guard's competitiveness.

Is there any atmosphere that you guys are aware of? I have been experiencing the security uptight in where I live.

Give me some feedback! Thanks a lot.

Hello, I've been in Seder Village for a few months now and it seems a pretty safe place to me. The security getting into the place is very good Unlike some other compounds in Saudi that I have visited.

Thanks for your comment.

I will be settled in Al Hamra. There seemed to be more check-points these days around the compound.
