Paracletus

Having previously read warnings about their customer service, I was somewhat prepared for poor service, but they are in fact entirely devoid of it. Hear me out.

Call customer service, no option to call about accounts and instantly through to complaints department. Has anyone got a direct number for the Saudi customer service department? I have been unable to extract one from anyone I've spoken to so far. My nearest branch is an hour away, so can't pop down during my lunch break or whatever. Not that I'm entirely sure it will help, as a colleague went earlier this week only to be told to call Riyadh.

So when I finally get through to the accounts department with my query, the guy refuses to answer my query and tells me its all ok and call back in five days if it isn't. Jeez..the mental gymnastics at work for that logic to work is incredible.
