Can anyone help me with a map or directions ( or even gps co-ords ) for Royal Villas, in the Marina Mall area of Abu Dhabi please ?

The villas are but they are basically next door somewhere.

To OP, once you take left after Emirates Palace, going towards Marina Mall filter over to left at major signals.Keep left then at first roundabout,take 2nd right.
