Room to Rent
Hi All,
If anyone is looking to rent a room, I’ am about to take a villa from the 5th April. The villa is located in Satwa (near the Iranian Hospital) and is a fair size. It’s on a compound of 20 villas and this is one of the front facing ones (more parking in other words). The room is a decent sized bedroom with shared bathroom (1 other person sharing the bathroom) and I'am looking for AED 3,400 per month.
The price is inclusive of water/electricity as well as a maid twice a week.
On top of the rent in advance I need one month's rent as a deposit (refundable at the end).
The other villas are shared by mainly Westerners and it’s a good community with quite a few shops and restaurants as well as easy access to the main areas of Dubai.
Looking to share with Professional Westerners only.

Coincidentally my name is James too. I'm going to Dubai at the end of April for working there so need an one-room apartment which under the budget of 1500 Dirham/m, could you give me some suggestions would be highly appreciated.

If you can only afford AED1500, are you sure you've done your sums right?
