Room Needed
If you know of a room going in a shared Villa/Apartment between Jumeira and the Marina can you let me know. It doesnt have to be shared with Trolly Dollies but would be an advantage

not sure yet. Will maybe go to look at it later this week
but its 12months rent up front which I think is excessive for a room in a shared villa.
also there are only 2 spare rooms (1 room will be left as a guest room) and 5 people looking at it, so might not even get it any way.

Some guy on there is asking 80,000 for a room in JBR. well over the market price!
