Riyadh Social Evening Wed 8 Sept.
Ok Folks since there so many Newbies here in Riyadh now
I have managed to talk my Compound manager into a social evening.
WEDNESDAY 9th Sept at my Compound.
starting about 19.30 hrs ish.
Some people know where that is already.
However any one that may be interested please send me a pm.
With your name and passport details please. ASAP.
If you are not on the list you will not get in ok.
P/S The football will also be on later in the evening bout 9pm ish.

So long as we can switch the game around every 5 mins to see how Scotland are doing in their doooooomed attempt in trying to beat the Dutch - I'll be there. Keep the faith, keep the faith!

Apparently it was a deal clincher between Gaddafi and the UK Govt for all the great business deals we're about to do - it was on the brink of collapse when Gaddafi asked whether he could get some blue cloth with a white diagonal cross on it. According to UK sources they thought he just wanted to make it into one of those lovely outfits he normally wears. UK sources tried to persuade him to go for a little tweed number, but Gaddafi was adamant - so that's how my flag got transferred over...and that endeth our jackanory story for today...
