My compound mamager has made it very plain and simple to me that he has no objection to these social evenings, but they must be strictly western expat s only, Strictly no muslim gentle folk will be allowed access , not that we will be doing any thing naughty, well aprt from me and the jibbering jock singing and alfi dancing !!!! i hate to think!!! , so lets play by the rules here folks, these are not my rules.
So names and passport details and a telephone number if you please by wednesday afternoon.

OK for certain members i will put this very simple and easy ,
I am trying to help people out here by spending my time in putting these evenings togther.
The compound manager has made this very simple and straight forward enough who will be allowed into his compound and those who will be not be accepted.
These are not my rules but his!!.

He has told me in no uncertain terms the following people
(which i think is wrong - but )
Any Muslim gentlemen, any middle eastern nationailies.
The compound in question is a small compound and is strictly western expats only.

I think after this the second evening i will not be putting any more togther,
I went and spoke to the manager the other day re trying to be flexible in allowing certain people in and i was told in no uncertain terms no.

My hands are tied here and this i feel will be the last one this weekend.
at the moment i have 8 people on my list and i have had to say no to 5 people,

I find it hard to say no, i would like to see as many new expats sharing there hardship stories and tips on life here in the kingdom and just meeting new faces.
Yes we know life here in the kingdom is hard, try to meet new friends here also can be hard more so for ladies.
