Review of WTC Abu Dhabi Residence
 

Does anyone live in this new building and can give a review on the apartments and location? I will be moving to AD next month and wondering if this building or another location would be better.

Saw it when we were looking for a place to live. Didn't like it one bit. Quite spacious, however unless you are high up (30th floor and upwards) you will spend a fortune on curtain/blinds to get some privacy. It certainly looks that way when you look up at the flats from the Nando's below. It is central, but for less money you can live in Reem Island and still be relatively central. I can see how it might appeal to a single person but in my opinion, the WTC is a bit of an acquired taste. I prefer Etihad Towers, or any of the buildings (Rak Tower, Gate Tower, the Arc, Mangrove Place) on Reem. The Corniche is lovely, if you are lucky enough to find a place .But this is just an opinion.Are you paying for the place yourself, or is it through an employer? PM me if you like.
