It's pretty easy these days, apply to the Saudi embassy in London (or whatever city you are in) through a reputable visa processing firm, submit your passport and a few other bits and pieces, get a visa stamp back (takes around 1 week) then fly to Saudi and when in Kingdom use your firm's admin person to get proof of medical insurance and proof of vaccinations (ideally from a place that rubber stamps the form without really checking), submit mum and dad's passports & iqamas and then get iqama back (takes around 3-5 days). This is about as fast as it can be done and depends on having an Arabic speaker who knows how to get things done quickly.
