You can't do that legitimately. But unofficially, if you know someone in a free zone (or not a free zone), who has spare visa capacity, it might be possible to get a job on paper and get a visa that way. There are risks on both sides with that kind of arrangement - fines and deportation if officials catch up with you for example. Visa costs are about 6000 dhs.

Or set up your own company.
