Rental prices in Abu Dhabi
Trying to gather a feeling for rental prices in Abu Dhabi. Currently paying 150k pa for a 1 bed appartment in town (Najda St/Electra). Thinking of moving out of town when lease is up in Feb. Will I be able to save myself some money by going out of town?
What's available out there and how much willI pay? 2 bed villa/flat? Khalifa City? Raha Gardens? MBZ? On the island?
Someone told me that rents haven't dipped too much and I might be best off negotiating a 15% reduction with my current landlord if I can as I won't find anything 1 or 2 bed anywhere (well, legal, anyway) for 100k pa...
Any advice on decent agents who will genuinely not try to rip you off would be appreciated.

Just spoke to an agent, I told him I'd like to reduce what I pay in rent. He suggested I try to negotiate. He'd done it on some properties for clients and it worked.
