Rental contract form

Odd question, does anybody here have a rental form you could share online? Google give me tons of sample forms, but nothing that looks Dubaian.

That lease agreement doesnt look like standard blue AD lease. I like the bit about giving 30 day notice if you are leaving the country.

Here, you pay 12 months upfront, and the landlord gives you nada if you have leave.
