I'll start.

BD 1,350 for 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom, pool, parking for 5 cars, attached to, but not in a compound, Saar area of Bahrain.

I'm on Amwaj, 3-bed-2-bath-1-toilet apartment, sea view (every room inc all bedrooms has a balcony).

BHD 1200.

2 bed apartment in Al Barsha, Construction HQ but still good value at 90k per annum.

I'm saying nothing. Last time I posted on here about how much it cost me to move, I was ridiculed and besmirtched.

I know, I know, I've already previously posted my rent and villa but that don't mean I'm making it easy for yer aggresive, religous-serving, racist survey.

A friend just got a 4 bed place in Jumeriah Islands for 250k.

Yes, friend just picked up a Mirador 'signature' villa, 4 bed, with pool, manicured fab garden in arabian ranches for 250. Would have been 380 last summer.:D

Whilst Eylesda has an orgasm, I'll provide my survey input,

Abu Dhabi, March 2008 - Studio in villa, 35 sq m, 70 000 dhs / year.
Offered different studio in Same villa Dec 08 - 100 000 dhs / year (normal price 110 000).
Offered 1 bedroom flat in same villa Dec 08 - 140 000 dhs / year.

January 09 - Company villa - 9800 dhs per month for 1 bedroom flat.
The studio next door is 9200 dhs per month.

All these on AD island.

9800 for a 1 bedroom flat! Crazy.
Obviously don't know about other members situation but I pay rent from my own finances and I get cheesed off at the constant increases and house moves. And the landlords attitude of "if you don't like it then leave".

that's good!!! they will drop a bit more, I can see the summer getting JI down to the 210 mark.
