Reem island vs khalidiyah

Hi all

I am considering a move to Abu dhabi and wanted to get views on some of the new apartments on reem island- maha tower, sun tower etc.

Looking at some previous threads I understand that khalidiyah is quite a nice place as well and so would like to get opinions on how reem island compares with khalidiyah.

My personal circumstances are:

1) budget 180k - 220k
2) bringing family - wife and small child
3) will be working on the island
4) ideally would like to be walking distance from shops and amenities

Thanks in advance

Oh, Khalidiyah all the way. Reem island is a building site and you're not going to be walking distance to anything worth walking to.

Thanks everyone, khalidiyah it is then!

I take it that decent amenities on reem island apartments are still a while off?

Are there any particular developments or apartment blocks in khalidiyah you would recommend?

Does everyone receive the same advert or is there some kind of profiling that decides on advert type for each user?

Mine is "Do you want to meet girls in Dubai"

nah, can't be profiling.
