Reem Island AD
Can any AD'ites tell me about Reem island development?
A friend has been asked to invest in a unit in the shopping mall there.
Any information would be handy before they make a decision, as in..how the development is progressing, will it be 1 of the better malls to invest in or is there another project in development which will have a better/bigger/busy mall.
It is ok listening to the 'Official' blurb but I am sure you will be able to give us a clearer more realistic picture.

It's a number of years away from finished but is very close to sower island for finance people to live in.

They are just starting to hand over the apartments in Sun tower (the first block) - 2 years late. according to my mate who has two District cooling charges are 15k a year for a 1 bed flat.
It's a number of years away from finished but is very close to sower island for finance people to live in.
