A real change? Dubai has peaked?
As of now the below twelve or so threads are about Saudi, Jordan, Bahrain, Al Ain and Abu Dhabi. Dubai based threads are 4th and 12th...

Maybe it's because the people left in Dubai know all the answers and don't have to post stupid questions, unless they want to start an argument.
