Quick Q. Driving licence transferal.
Does anyone know if the Barsha Traffic Department is open on a Friday or Saturday to transfer my UK driving licence to a UAE one? Or is it only open during the week?

I am not sure, but I'd pretty much say they won't be open today....maybe call the RTA 800 9090.

Most govt departments are open on a Saturday, so I would think the RTA offices are too.

I'll take my chances on Saturday. Can't really ring right now as I'm getting ready to go to Vegas on business, but I am determined to get it sorted before it hits June and summer proper returns.
