I have been offered a great opportunity to work in Abu Dhabi -could you please recommend things to do there or reflections/experiences there?
Would it be ok to bring my wife and daughter?

go to the captains arms pub in the meridian!
great place lived there for many years on and off since '81. Supposed to be having a major increase in rent like here in duubai now. Apart from that it is a lot cheaper living there than in Dubai.
