Question about GCC banks
I wonder if someone would be so good as to help me answer a query for a friend.
If someone left Dubai to go and work in another GCC country, but left without settling all their debts, would they be pursued for the debts?

Anyway,back to your question/dilemma/conundrum; it would be more stupid and idiotic if they open an account in the same bank in another country...
