Anyone know if the 24th January (Prophet's Birthday PBOH) has been announced as a Public Holiday in Qatar?

its never been a public holiday in my 4.5 years here. we will however get the 2nd Tuedsay in February as National Sports Day!!

Wahabis are dominant in Qatar and KSA. They do not celebrate the birthday of the Prophet Mohammed. They consider this to be an inoovation and as such heretical.

Well our dupper was canceled on thurs night and is now on friday night as i believe it will be dry everywhere!
