Public holidays in Dubai

Hi there,

Just a quickie… are there any public holidays in Dubai in October? I have done a search and nothing has come up, but I just wanted to double check. I’m planning a trip in October to look for work and didn’t want to be caught out by a holiday!

Thanks very much :D

Eid celebrations should fall at the beginning of October, so come towards the middle of the month if possible.

Eid is the celebration that we hold at the end of Ramadan, you need to read up on Muslim traditions etc before you arrive here ;)
