Public Holidays For Doha?
OK Could someone let me know what the public holidays are in Doha? I have gleaned so far there are five in total (?) with one day at Xmas and one day at New Year ....Could someone please enlighten me what are the rest (please)

U wont be seeing any of me for the time being as off home for 5 weeks tomorrow and away from any computer. Just basking in the mediterranean sun. Will meet u guys Rascal and Rascalmate in September tho. Hang on in there guys and enjoy eachothers company......

Nope Xmas day and News Years day are not hols Im afraid. They celebrate different u see tho different companies give different hols. Eid when Ramadan is over is def a 2/3day hol. Ramadan will be sometime mid Septemebr this year and goes on for a month. Theres another Eid in January which is quiet important. Kids are the best tho, they get to have normal Easter/Summer/Xmas hols plus the arabic hols and the mid term hols too. Beware kids have way too much hols off school here.

Yeh catch up with ya in Sept Malteser, am in Doha for 3 weeks then off to Uk for about 2 weeks (I think) Mr R may join me in Uk for a few days and then we fly back together to Doha.
I did want to stop off in Holland but hey, Uk = free accomodation!
Then its back in Qatar to start the school..hee hee....

It was only 15 days in NZ.
